We are incredibly keen for people to come to Sierra Leone - either just on a short trip to see our work; or to come for a longer period of time and get involved.We believe there is no better way to understand the gravity and complexity of the situation on the ground, the wider national-context - and most importantly, the passion of our staff and how our work really makes a difference.
And for you to enjoy Sierra Leone! Which, despite everything, is a remarkably beautiful, welcoming, up-beat and exhilarating place to spend time. Did you know that the original 'Bounty-Bar' adverts were filmed in Sierra Leone? In February 2009 the Observer included Freetown in its series on 'the world's best kept travel secrets' (click here).
Simple visits (normally 1 - 2 weeks)
