Street Child is a UK charity, established in 2008, that aims to create educational opportunity for some of the most vulnerable children in West Africa.

Our Students Need Your Students:

Engage your school in supporting Street Child’s work!

Whether it’s a collection in class, a school-wide non-uniform day or an evening of entertainment for parents and staff, your hard work will help us provide teachers, classrooms and equipment for some of the most vulnerable, disadvantaged children in the world.

E-mail to discuss how you can get involved.

City of London School for Girls is one of Street Child’s best and longest-serving school partners, regularly holding events and assemblies to raise money for our work and spreading the message about Street Child’s programmes.

The girls on the charity committee at the school recently organised an amazing night of comedy and food for parents and staff, raising an incredible £10,000 for Street Child!

If you want your school to be featured as next month's top of the class please email with details of what you have been up to! We'd love to hear from you!

Making a difference:

For students:

This year Street Child began its Young Leaders Programme, working with children aged 16-18 to develop leadership and project management skills whilst raising money in support of Street Child. Students from schools across the UK got involved to help children in Sierra Leone go to school.
