Training for any distance run requires commitment, effort and motivation. Whether you’re aiming to complete your first 5K or you’re training for the full 26.2 mile marathon, we’ve got the training plans covered.

The key is to stick to the plan. Depending on the time of year, how you’re feeling, how the weather is - it can all affect your training. Listen to your body and your brain - there are times to push through and times to take it easy. Reward yourself when you’ve powered through and if you just can’t face a run, try something complimentary - a swim, a cycle, some yoga… it all helps!
